Job description

As International Key Account Manager you will be responsible for several of our most important and demanding international clients. You will handle their daily requests as well as proactively reach out to them to offer assistance and insights. Your daily tasks will range from matching our client’s business needs with our LED solutions and creating flashy client decks, to hosting technical meetings and engaging with new client contacts during calls and in person. You will be closely involved in promoting our latest smart lighting solutions to clients and helping to retain and grow your accounts. You thrive in a dynamic environment, have a commercial drive, dare to voice your opinion, are interested in the ever-changing world of LED and tech, possess excellent social skills, and are always looking for new ways to grow your business relationships.

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Proactively manage 5 to 10 key international accounts that each have multiple stakeholders.
  • Grow the relationship and be the central point of contact between KOLEDO and your client.
  • Help clients bridge the gap between their business needs and KOLEDO’s smart lighting solutions.
  • Coordinate client analyses & custom reporting with our pool of analysts.
  • Proactively inspire clients and ultimately upsell relevant products and services to them.

 

 

Your profile

  • 1-3 years relevant work experience with MSc degree (in Economics, Business Administration or similar).
  • Ability to work independently, intellectually curious and creative, problem solver.
  • Strong interest in and opinion on the business of lighting – preferably also specifically related to smart lighting.
  • Previous experience in commercial activities.
  • Excellent analytical writing and communication skills in Dutch and English (fluent).
  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Living in The Netherlands, preferably the Eindhoven area.
